Frequently asked
Why is my hotel not listed?
This edition covers the Cotai Strip and Macau Peninsula only. A property is listed once our editors have completed a full assessment against all six criteria.
What does the score actually mean?
A score is a weighted comparison within this region, not a verdict. An 8.5 property may suit your trip better than a 9.4 one, depending on what you need.
Do you take bookings directly?
No — Vespirona is a review publication. Availability requests are forwarded to the hotel, and all booking terms are agreed directly with that property.
Is placement sponsored?
Placement is never for sale. Every score is produced by the same rubric, and no resort can influence a rating commercially.
